  • Does The Price Include Delivery?
    No. A delivery fee may be added based on your location.
  • Do You Do The Set Up?
    Yes, we do all the work so you can focus on all the other party details. We deliver and setup 30 minutes to 1 hour before your event, pending location or and the amount of items you ordered. For further out locations it may require a day prior for setup to ensure you have your rental in ample time for your event. We strive to be on time, no late parties here! During setup we inspect the unit for safety and ensure cleanliness of each unit. Per drivers discretion they may even give your unit a precautionary clean on site upon delivery to ensure your receiving it in top notch, clean, condition.
  • What All Do You Provide?
    We provide the necessary ASTM required steel stakes for anchoring, blowers, extension cords and a 25' water hose. Additional hoses can be rented for $7, however, you are more than welcome to provide one. If there is not a power source a generator can be rented for $75 for the entire duration of your event. (including fuel for up to 5 hours) If we have to use sand bags and cannot use steel stakes a fee may apply. Please see "Does The Rental Have To Be Set Up On Grass?" below.
  • What Should I Do To Prepare For My Inflatable Rental?
    First, make sure you know where you want your inflatable and that it is within 50ft of an electric and/or 50ft of water source. Please make sure your yard is clean of debris such a sticks, rocks or dog droppings. Also remember, animals are not permitted around the inflatable.
  • Do You Set Up At Parks?
    We love setting up at parks, but most parks do not provide electricity and do not allow water usage. When setting up at a park you must apply for approval before we are able to set up. Generators are available to make your event a success!
  • What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
    Cash, credit/debit cards, Cash App and checks are accepted. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do no carry cash. We only accept checks from schools, churches and businesses. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit. If you are paying via check please call 918-200-1616 to make arrangements.
  • Do You Require A Deposit?
    Yes. All orders require a $50 non-refundable credit/debit card deposit. In the event you need to cancel, your deposit is still good for up to 2 reschedules.
  • Does The Rental Have To Be Set Up On Grass?
    Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes. We are not responsible for our stakes piercing or cutting any underground utility lines, or irrigation lines. You are responsible to notify us ahead of time placement of these items. Inflatables that are setup on other concrete surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags. When an inflatable is setup requiring sand bags we have to bring a minimum of 320 lbs of sand for our smallest unit and up to 1,760 for our largest in order to properly secure them per state regulations. This is quite a bit more labor for our drivers. Sandbags are subject to a fee. Please be advised Koko's Inflatables, LLC is not held liable for any incidentals regarding underground water/gas lines, sprinkler systems or septic tanks. Customer is responsible for notifying our setup crew of the items beforehand. Failure to do so is beyond our control.
  • Who Is Responsible If The Unit Is Damaged Or Torn?
    You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens, please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our Safety Rules & Procedures or OBVIOUS negligence, you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the damaged equipment. We don't want anyone to be in that situation, which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator and keep everyone safe. NOTE: Intentional or obvious neglect damages will not be covered.
  • What Time Is Drop Off And Pickup?
    All drop offs will be between 7am and 12pm. Pickups will start at 7pm. Any requests for pas quote time of arrival will incur an additional $50 charge. Next day pickup is available for $100.
  • How Far In Advance Do I Need To Make A Reservation?
    We appreciate as much notice as possible, due to limited availability. The sooner you reserve the better chance we'll have your inflatable choice in stock.
  • Can I Use A Hose On A Bounce House?
    Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a 25ft water hose. If additional hoses are needed, they are $7 each. However, you are welcome to supply one! If water is applied to a specifically dry unit, you could be subject to $200 cleaning fee.
  • What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
    You may reschedule your reservation within 7 days prior with no penalty. Your deposit will be good for up to 2 rain checks before it is forfeited. This cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all customers not limited to schools, churches, private events, corporate events etc. For weather related cancellations see "Inclement Weather Policy" below.
  • What Is Your Inclement Weather Policy?
    As we know, Oklahoma can be unpredictable at times. We reserve the right to cancel any event. Safety of the riders and serviceability of our units is top priority. We will make this decision by 8am the morning of the scheduled event. We never want to cancel events and ruin a party, but if we must you will be offered to reschedule at your convenience or accept 1 year raincheck credit in cases such as: - high winds over 20 mph - temperatures below 40 degrees - ice or snow on the ground -steady precipitation expected all day -thunder, lightening or a 70% chance of severe weather the day of the event The following reasons are NOT reason for Koko's Inflatable, LLC or the customer to cancel an event under the stated "Inclement Weather Policy." Normal cancellation policy will apply in these circumstances if you choose to cancel your deposit will be transferable NOT refunded. No exceptions. - Local Weather is forecasting 50% chance or lower - Chances of showers or occasional rain - Temperatures over 40 degrees - Your event is cancelled due to chance of severe weather Once we deliver youf rental equipment and weather becomes inclement, you are responsible for the entire rental fee as services were rendered. If inclement weather is not expected to pass during this time we may begin to pick up the units early for the safety of your family, our equptment and staff.
  • Are You Insured And Inspected By The State?
    Yes and Yes! Koko's Inflatables has a comprehensive insurance policy that covers all of our rental items. If your event requires proof of insurance we will be happy to supply you with the required documentation. We can also add municipalities and organixations as "additional insured" to our polity for an extra charge. Let us know when booking if your event will need to include these documents. In the state of Oklahoma, all inflatables are considered "amusement rides" and are required to be inspected annually. All of our inflatables have been inspected by the Oklahoma State Board of Labor Amusement Ride Division and have passed all inspection.
  • How Many Kids Can Play At A Time? Can Adults Join?
    Each inflatable is designed differently. Based on the type of unit you are renting you may get 6-8 in a typical bouncer. Most of our inflatables have a 500 lbs weight limit total. 250 max per rider. This may equal two adults at 250 lbs or to five 100 lbs school-agers. Please keep this in mind. Also, it is strongly suggested to keep big kids from little kids to reduce risk of injury. If you have further questions your driver can further instruct you on how many children would be permitted to ensure a safe, efficient manner based on eash specific rental at time of delivery.
  • Is There A Cleaning Fee?
    NO! As long as it is general cleaning thats needed. This does not include excessive deep cleaning such as spilled food, candy, trash, confetti, glitter, sand or using water in a dry unit when a cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Silly string is STRONGLY PROHIBITED. Silly string damages units and is not able to be removed once it is in contact with vinyl. Silly String will reslult in the total replacement value of the unit. No exceptions!
